Carly Procter

Carly has loved animals for as long as she can remember. Growing up in Victoria, British Columbia her family always had pets which ranged from two feisty cats; a kind, hairy mutt to a black lab and two chocolate labs.

Carly's first job was working in the boarding kennels of a veterinary office and her love for animals grew each day as she lived and learned new things. After four amazing years of working in a veterinary office it was time for a change of pace.

With two cats and two dogs in tow, Carly packed up and moved to Calgary. Naturally, she found a job working with animals at the Calgary Humane Society. While working at the Humane Society, Carly was able to further her education in specific areas of animal care and welfare as well as use her compassion for animals to help them feel comfortable in their surroundings.

When a new opportunity came around it was a hard decision to leave the Humane Society but opened up an even better door in her life. Carly began working for Love Your Pet and ever since then she has been enjoying her day to day life walking dogs and pet sitting, not to mention spending time with the three cats and three dogs of her own.

Carly is very happy to be a part of the Love Your Pet family and looks forward to growing a nd learning more each day.
